was it illegal for him to pose with guns ? No, (but I think you knew that ) What he needs to ask himself is with his track record, Should he be putting this sort of stuff up on the social network sites, For people to see and start asking questions? Probably not IMO. Wait until Donk hears about it

was it illegal for him to pose with guns ? For him it is I think he is taking advantage of SA's generosity too much as if it was up to me he wouldn't be swimming but it seems SA and the olympic committee are putting medals ahead of morals!!

If he is does that apply in a different country? Nothing I have heard has made mention of it being Illegal, More the fact it was posted on social media, For all to judge?(Media mostly)

If he is does that apply in a different country? Nothing I have heard has made mention of it being Illegal, More the fact it was posted on social media, For all to judge?(Media mostly) I think it has been about 3 years since he was originally convicted for the crime. And whatever sentence (including suspended) he had to serve would have expired by now, so I don't think that matters all that much. But even if he was currently having to abide by the conditions of a supended sentence, I don't see him standing in a licensed gun shop overseas holding a gun as being a breach of that sentence. I do however think that he was mighty stupid to do it given his history of past major indiscretions and I think SA have applied the minimum penalty that was available to them by sending him home after he has swam his event in London as he has yet again brought the sport and the Olympics into disrepute!

Don't really care about Monk being there, the fact I care about is D'Arcy should not have been there in the first place!
