Reports are saying he is in a coma and is in intensive care following complications from brain surgery after a skiing accident.
I hope he pulls through ok.

Just reading a little bit more about the terrible situation, it becomes clear that, in one sense, he is lucky to be in the condition he is in that he was wearing a helmet when the accident happened when most in the same situation wouldn't. I've never skied but I hope this changes some people's mind that helmets are a must.

Thing's have gone quiet on MS condition at the moment, It was great to see Ferrari do a tribute for his 45th birthday, Lets hope there is another 45 for Shumi to celebrate.

I am in the waiting for official news camp from Shumi's group rather than that article speculating from random doctor. But for any one to be in a coma for that long does not sit well with me, But I'm not a doctor more so just a bad feeling
