Looking forward to Casey taking the fight to Lorenzo this weekend. Time will tell if Rossi can take any real comfort from his 2nd place last time out at Le Mans. And its time for Spies to step up and become that team-mate of Lorenzo or he will be shipped out for Dovi or even Crutchlow...

I want to see Stoner win a few after his announcement to ensure that he is just not going through the motions!

I agree Donk...but his P. 1 time still puts him around 6th in times combined. Hopefully, Stoner and HRC were just running a race set-up.

I can't be too precise about the qualifying times but all I can say is Stoner came out on front which is good after he was way down in P. 2. Lorenzo should come good in the race...

Late night for me too But obviously not as late as yours HDT About this whole Lorenzo has to win because it's his home track...this is actually the Catalunya Grand Prix and not the Spanish Grand Prix which is in Valencia. Actually, many cataluns when I was over there last year consider themselves to be separate from Spain. That indeed they want to rule for themselves. This is not so far the case but the hatred does run deep. Jorge was born on the Balearic Islands which is close to the party capital of the world Ibizia and it is also closer to Valencia than it is Barcelona. So, Stoner will continue to have 1 up on him, irrespective if Lorenzo wins tonight, having beaten Lorenzo on his true home turf in Valencia until Lorenzo gets a crack at beating Stoner at Phillip Island.

I missed it I fell asleep Sort of saw the start with Stoner dropping back to 6th or 7th because he was on the hard tyres and they weren't quite up to temperature but then it seems he didn't really recover as he got 4th in the end. But well done to Lorenzo, Yamaha and HDT.
