Surely no one could question the great Paul Morris' interpretation of the rules! Not sure I caught that last bit donk, i did lose electricity for 10 mins Do you mean the Jono v Slade 1/2 lap demo derby? or Whincup's reaction to get past Frostyman after he pinged the wall? Either, or...I missed them both

Another thing I have noticed is FPR had a fuel consumption gap on 888 at the start of the year, But going off today 888 must be very close to the same as FPR, Frosty and Whincups last pit stop was on the same lap, And they both only just made it home.

Yep seems that 888 have recovered some ground on that previous problem of their's...but I also think it was a tad unrealistic and even wrong for Frosty to blame the traffic for his loss today as he lost time just as a natural progression of the race and his performance (or lack thereof) and not because of others getting in his way to get Whincup.

Yep Frosty was still a bit peeved by his mistake, But it was just that, His mistake, He should be happy he didn't smack the wall harder and take himself right out of the race.

I mean even after that he held on to a 1 - 1.5 second deficit to Whincup then after that it drifted to a 2-3 second gap - and this was even with no significant traffic holding him up - then of course he came roaring back as JW was just being cautious with his fuel - too little, too late.

I know it's still tight, but if you ask me 888 seem to be starting to get their **** together. They seem A LOT stronger compared to the start of the year and getting back to their 2011 form. Hopefully it cracks FPR wide open.

I reckon 888 have lifted since the start of the year, but I want Frosty and others to go with them.
It would seem oh so boring to watch another T8 fest!

Caruso's car seemed rather shortened after the race!

Caruso's car seemed rather shortened after the race! I wonder who it was by? Maybe from another driver who is competing with him for a drive at FPR... And yeah I want FPR to remain semi-competitive just to keep the spectacle alive, just don't want them to win

Who wouldn't be? But we have to be realistic that even though it was a great performance, he still has a long way to go to catch 888 and FPR...but at least he is giving it a good crack which is all us Holden and HRT fans ask

Definitely mate. Bit of a turn around from the last few races. Realistically HRT are done and dusted, but still happy with performances like that. Just wish it'd convert into a win lol.

Did anyone see why SVG went spearing off, Was it on his own or was he helped out? I think he just lost it clean all by himself...sort of a crazy Willy D Phillip Island dive but just without the contact with another car I wonder who it was by? Maybe from another driver who is competing with him for a drive at FPR... Please do tell? Sorry don't have any more to give on it...I'm as lost as you are.

It looked like The Giz done it himself. That was a crazy off though. JC was in his line of fire too.
Could've been a nasty wreck.
